Amazon Account Manager

Role SummaryAs the Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our performance marketing strategy within Amazon. Your primary goal will be to drive profitable sales growth by improving campaign ROAS, scaling winning campaigns, launching new products effectively, and managing the end-to-end ad operations. Key Responsibilities Amazon Ads Management Set up, optimize, and scale Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns. Implement keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing strategies. Monitor and report on campaign performance (CTR, CVR, ACOS, TACOS, etc.) with actionable insights. Account Performance Track sales trends, share of voice, and organic vs paid performance. Collaborate with the content and design team to enhance listing quality and creatives. Launch new products with the right combination of advertising, reviews, and keyword focus. Strategy & Analytics Build and execute ad strategies aligned with product margins and business objectives. Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards for management review. Identify growth opportunities based on market and competitor data. Collaboration Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to align ads with stock availability. Work with customer service to ensure that campaign-driven queries are addressed effectively. Qualifications2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising. Deep understanding of Amazon’s ad ecosystem, bidding algorithms, and reporting tools. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with Amazon Seller Central. Experience managing ad budgets across multiple product categories. Detail-oriented with a clear understanding of how ads impact bottom-line metrics. Prior experience in home décor or lifestyle categories is a bonus.
