Senior Manager - Sales

Role Overview:

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team within the division. This role requires in-depth knowledge of products, regulatory compliance, and market dynamics to achieve business objectives and expand the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Business Development

• Develop, plan, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and product penetration strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with professionals, distributors and stakeholders

2. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Sales People
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set targets, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
• Provide training and development to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

3. Market & Product Management

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to align strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for product positioning, promotional campaigns, and brand building.

4. Reporting & Analysis

• Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular MIS reports.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to senior management for decision-making.
• Forecast sales volumes, budgets, and resources required.

5. Client Relationship & Key Accounts

• Manage relationships with key clients,
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with Potential Clients
• Resolve escalated customer issues to ensure satisfaction and long-term business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
