Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Follow up on inbound leads received through multiple channels.
  • Convert leads into sales by understanding client requirements and offering suitable solutions
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to ensure continued engagement and retainership.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager

Preferred candidate profile

  • Freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, or business development
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience in handling inbound leads and converting them into sales
  • Quick learner with a positive and energetic attitude
  • Familiarity with basic Excel
