Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Ernakulam.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase the company's market presence.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

The role also involves negotiating contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

 Strong skills in business development, sales, and relationship management

 Experience in conducting market research and analyzing industry trends

 Excellent negotiation and communication skills

 Proven ability to prepare proposals and develop business strategies

 Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools

 Minimum1 year experience in freight forwarding sales will be a plus

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
