Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Palam Extension, Sector 7 Dwarka, Delhi – 110075

Role Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our Delhi office to drive client acquisition, lead nurturing, and coordination with OEMs and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in business development or inside sales within the IT industry, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience in preparing quotations and managing B2B client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and digital platforms
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions and services
  • Coordinate with OEMs (Cisco, HP, Juniper, etc.) and vendors for pricing and solution support
  • Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation
  • Conduct pre-sales follow-ups, schedule client meetings, and manage product demonstrations
  • Maintain updated client and opportunity records in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and operations teams for smooth deal execution
  • Support bid documentation, RFP responses, and client onboarding activities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Pre-Sales (preferably in the IT domain)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in dealing with OEMs, IT vendors, or channel partners preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Must be comfortable with a 100% onsite role at the Delhi office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
