Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing company tie-ups, and achieving recruitment and placement targets. The role involves meeting potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with partner companies, and ensuring consistent business growth. The position requires domestic and occasional international travel to meet clients and attend recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies in India and overseas (Qatar, Dubai, etc.).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct client visits, meetings, and presentations to promote company services.
• Travel to client locations and recruitment drives as per business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets (e.g., company tie-ups, deals, or candidate placements).
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and new market trends.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
• Maintain and update daily activity reports and client interaction records.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, job fairs, and industry events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development or recruitment marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and recruitment events.
• Strong presentation, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
