Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

Aldous Glare Tech & Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDE – B2B) to promote and expand Apple product sales in the B2B segment. This role is ideal for MBA Marketing freshers who are eager to build a career in brand-driven corporate sales.

Vacancies are available across 14 districts in Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with existing business clients and channel partners
• Conduct regular market visits within the assigned district
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and update CRM/MPM systems regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
• Collect market intelligence and competitor activity details
• Represent the company and Apple brand professionally in the market

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
• Experience: Freshers only

Mandatory Requirements:

• Laptop – Mandatory
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license – Compulsory
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for sales, marketing, and premium brands like Apple

Skills Required:

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Professional appearance and customer-centric mindset
