Role Overview: The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team within the division. This role requires in-depth knowledge of products, regulatory compliance, and market dynamics to achieve business objectives and expand the company’s market presence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Business Development Develop, plan, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and product penetration strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with professionals, distributors and stakeholders 2. Team Leadership & Management Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Sales People Conduct regular performance reviews, set targets, and ensure achievement of KPIs. Provide training and development to enhance product knowledge and selling skills. 3. Market & Product Management Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to align strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team for product positioning, promotional campaigns, and brand building. 4. Reporting & Analysis Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular MIS reports. Provide market intelligence and feedback to senior management for decision-making. Forecast sales volumes, budgets, and resources required. 5. Client Relationship & Key Accounts Manage relationships with key clients, Negotiate contracts and agreements with Potential Clients Resolve escalated customer issues to ensure satisfaction and long-term business growth.
