Job Description

Role Overview

The Team Leader – Sales Division will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring achievement of individual and team targets. The role involves strategic planning, mentoring, monitoring daily sales activities, and building strong client relationships to expand business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
  • Ensure sales targets are met by motivating and guiding the team.
  • Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales executives to maximize performance.
  • Allocate leads, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up on prospects.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and report sales metrics, performance, and pipeline to management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify gaps and areas of improvement.
  • Prepare daily/monthly/quarterly business development reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/team leader role.
  • Experience in [insert industry, e.g., Pharma / FMCG / IT / Healthcare] preferred.

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Team productivity and lead conversion rate.
  • Team engagement and employee development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
