What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise the hiring process for counsellors, tele-callers, and other front-line roles.
• Coordinate with internal teams to outline hiring needs and job specifications.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via phone and in-person interactions.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and oversee selection.
• Train new hires on policies, role expectations, and institute standards.
• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and present regular reports.
• Participate actively in hiring strategy and process improvements.

Ideal Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in recruitment/training coordination, preferably in education or banking prep.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership ability, and problem-solving. Comfortable using MS Office and recruitment platforms.
• Attributes: Organized, people-oriented, and proactive.
