Team Leader/Supervisor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of healthcare advisors and sales representatives. Your role will involve handling customer escalations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and assisting customers in selecting the right Ayurvedic products based on their health concerns. Additionally, you will be involved in training new team members, identifying process improvements, and tracking team performance for reporting to management.
