The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare-related roles. Knowledge of Ayurveda and herbal healthcare products is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to effectively manage the team. A problem-solving attitude and the ability to handle customer queries professionally are crucial. Basic computer skills including proficiency in CRM, spreadsheets, and customer management tools are also required.
