Team Leader/Supervisor

Position: Debt Recovery Team Leader

Location: Delhi

Department: Collections and Recoveries

Key Requirements:

Experience in Dubai Banking Collections and Recovery is preferable.

Responsibilities:

Debt Recovery Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies and processes.
• Regularly review and update recovery policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Team Management:

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of debt recovery agents.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement training programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Case Management:

• Oversee and manage complex and high-value debt recovery cases.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and defaulters to negotiate payment plans and settlements.

Client Relations:

• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with recovery services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding debt recovery issues.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports on recovery progress and team performance for senior management.
• Analyze recovery data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
