1. New client acquisition (corporates, Institutions, Co Leaving and Co working space, Manufacturing sector etc). 2. Meet and exceed sales targets. 3. Should be willing to make Cold calls, fresh meetings on field. 4. Achieving sales targets by account mining. 5. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Establish long-term relationships with clients. 6. Ensuring delivery by analyzing performance 7.
