Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Contact debtors by phone, email, or other communication channels to collect overdue payments. Negotiate payment plans or settlements that are feasible and in line with company policies. Maintain accurate records of communications and payment agreements in the system. Follow up regularly on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments. Handle difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution. Ensure compliance with company protocols and legal regulations during all communications. Coordinate with team members and management to meet monthly collection targets. Required Skills and Qualifications: Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction with clients. Freshers Preferred : We are looking for enthusiastic individuals willing to be trained in debt collection practices. Negotiation Skills : Ability to confidently negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers. Email Proficiency : Strong skills in drafting and responding to emails professionally. Confidence and Smart Decision-Making : Ability to handle challenging conversations and find smart solutions under pressure.
