Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Understand their gifting requirements to ensure excellent client satisfaction.
Quotation / Catalogue preparation: Create appropriate and accurate quotations / Catalogues.
CRM tools: Use CRM software to track the orders, helping the team make informed decisions.
Coordination with Vendor / Branding partners / Internal Teams: Work well with these teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and effectively address their needs.
Upselling: Identify opportunities to increase sales with existing clients by presenting additional products or services that align with their requirements.
Technical skill: - Should possess a strong command of PowerPoint, Excel, internet browsing, Google sheets.
Personal skill: Strong negotiation and communication and convincing skills.
Experience: 2-5 years
Qualification : Any degree or experience in relevant field.
