Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing administrative and production support to the team at SynAgro-LLP, a premier producer of high-quality mushrooms in Pune. Your role will involve managing office functions, coordinating production activities, ensuring efficient communication between departments, and supporting health and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Office Management: - Manage day-to-day administrative functions in the production office. - Maintain office supplies and ensure the team has necessary resources. - Documentation and Reporting: - Prepare and maintain production reports, logs, and records. - Assist in documenting production processes, quality control measures, and SOPs. - Ensure accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed documentation. - Communication: - Serve as a point of contact between the production team and other departments. - Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the team. - Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. - Production Support: - Assist in scheduling and coordinating production activities for smooth workflow. - Coordinate with procurement team for timely delivery of materials. - Monitor production schedules and report discrepancies to the Production Manager. - Inventory Management: - Maintain inventory records of raw materials, packaging, and finished products. - Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in audits. - Ensure proper storage and handling of materials in compliance with safety standards. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Agriculture, Industrial Management, or related field. - Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in production or agriculture. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using office software. - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,
