Job Title: Python Full Stack Developer – Team Leader
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 per annum (based on experience & talent)
Location: Thrissur, Kerala

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Python Full Stack Developer who can independently design and build software solutions and confidently lead a development team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across both backend and frontend technologies, along with proven leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of developers to deliver robust, scalable software solutions.
• Develop and maintain backend systems using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Ensure code quality, version control, and efficient deployment practices.
• Collaborate with other teams to define project requirements and technical architecture.
• Mentor team members and promote best development practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer and Team Lead.
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue).
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
