Team Leader/Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee and guide a team of employees in achieving performance goals, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards of work. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to team development and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily team activities to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
• Set clear team goals and monitor progress regularly.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Identify and resolve operational or interpersonal issues within the team.
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
