We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused Team Leader to guide, mentor, and inspire our CRC team. The ideal candidate will ensure daily process excellence, drive performance, and create a positive work culture while meeting business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Tele-Callers, ensuring daily productivity & quality. Monitor performance (conversion, reachability, and customer satisfaction). Provide coaching, feedback, and motivation to team members. Ensure 100% compliance with process and reporting requirements. Coordinate with Quality, Training, and Management teams for smooth operations. Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center as a Team Leader Strong communication & leadership skills. Goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
