Team Leader/Supervisor

As a Store Manager, your role involves ensuring 100% manning & field coverage, managing floaters, and overseeing daily call cycles. You will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, implementing corrective actions for non-performing stores, and conducting daily briefings, MOC/TDP reporting, and store-level operational audits. Your job will also require you to drive team engagement, provide training, and offer on-the-job coaching for associates to enhance their performance. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain store standards, POSM, visibility, and counter health. - Coordinate with HUL & store teams for stock availability and order follow-ups. - Lead recruitment, inductions, quizzes, and innovation initiatives in-store. - Ensure customer delight, referral sales, and achievement of targets & incentives. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a similar retail management role preferred. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for improvement.
