Team Leader/Supervisor

We’re looking for a dynamic Team Leader for Sales Operations to spearhead our U.S. Freight Brokerage division

If you have a strong background in logistics sales, understand both Drayage and OTR operations, and are eager to lead from the front - this is your stage !

-Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed targets and client expectations.

-Develop strategic quotations and pricing for Drayage and OTR lanes across the U.S. market.

-Analyze market trends and guide the team in identifying profitable opportunities.

-Train new recruits and instill a performance-driven, growth-oriented culture.

-Drive innovative solutions and problem-solving approaches to everyday operational challenges.

-Collaborate with leadership to define and execute short- and long-term growth strategies.

****What We’re Looking For****

-Minimum 3 years of proven experience in logistics or freight sales.

-A self-starter with fresh ideas, creative energy, and strong problem-solving skills.

-Strong command of English — both spoken and written.

-Deep understanding of U.S. market dynamics (Drayage, OTR, spot rates, quoting, etc.).

-Dedicated, disciplined, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving industry. Your performance defines your path.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
