Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketer with expertise in performance marketing, SEO-driven content strategy, and social media growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to drive measurable ROI .

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive measurable results in *lead generation, conversions, CAC reduction, and ROAS improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization to enhance performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and make data-backed recommendations.

SEO & Website Content

  • Develop and execute an SEO strategy to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority.
  • Optimize website structure, landing pages, and content for *search visibility and conversion rate improvement (CRO).
  • Collaborate with content creators to build SEO-friendly blogs, product pages, and resources that generate measurable organic leads.
  • Track and report progress using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs.

Social Media Presence & Brand Growth

  • Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
  • Create and execute a content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
  • Monitor engagement rates, follower growth, and reach while optimizing content for maximum impact.
  • Run social media ads to boost brand visibility and lead generation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing and SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with *Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling content and campaigns.

KPIs for Success

  • Improvement in ROAS, CTR, and lead-to-conversion ratio.
  • % Growth in organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority.
  • % Increase in social media engagement and followers.
  • Reduction in CPC, CPA, and overall customer acquisition cost.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
