Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute digital strategies across Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn & more
• Manage and grow brand social media accounts with fresh, consistent content
• Create and manage Meta & Google Ad campaigns (audience, budget, creatives, results)
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and account teams for creative output
• Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports
• Manage influencer outreach and content calendars when required
• Optimize landing pages and campaign flows for better results

Who We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics
• Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Canva and coordination with design/content teams
• Creative thinking and trend spotting ability

Bonus Points For

• Experience in running e-commerce or lead-gen campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, or email marketing
