Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
• Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams to ensure project deliverables.
• Prepare and share reports, presentations, and updates with clients regularly.
• Address client queries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in

  Client Servicing / Account Management / Customer Relationship

  (agency experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing, branding, or creative services will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
