1. Role Objective To drive revenue growth by acquiring, developing, and retaining corporate clients for our Corporate Event Management & Exhibition Services division. This role will focus on building strong B2B relationships, identifying high-value opportunities, and closing deals in line with the company’s annual sales target. 2. Position Summary Designation: Senior Executive – Sales (Corporate Events) Location: Lucknow (with travel as required) Reports To: Director – Sales Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–6 years in B2B Sales (preferably Corporate Events, Exhibitions, or Media) Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month + Incentives + Travel Allowance 4. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and approach corporate clients for events, exhibitions, conferences, and activations. Lead Generation & Conversion: Use networking, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events to source leads and convert them into confirmed business. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction for repeat business. Proposal & Pitching: Create customized proposals, presentations, and pitch decks to meet client needs. Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per the business plan. Collaboration: Work closely with the production & creative teams to ensure deliverables match client expectations. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven track record in B2B sales with strong negotiation skills. Good knowledge of corporate event formats and exhibition industry standards. Excellent communication & presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with corporates, brands, and institutions. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients. Work closely with the events team to customize solutions as per client needs. Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations & proposals. Track, report, and forecast sales performance to senior management. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Management (MBA preferred). 4–8 years of proven sales experience in corporate events / exhibitions / media / hospitality .
