Expo India Connect Pvt. Ltd. is a prominent corporate event management company situated in Lucknow, specializing in organizing high-end corporate events, mega trade shows, and exhibitions. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we are in search of a proactive Sales Manager who can spearhead business growth, foster robust client relationships, and steer our sales initiatives in the fiercely competitive corporate events sector. As a Sales Manager at Expo India Connect Pvt. Ltd., you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities: - Devising and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets effectively. - Identifying, pitching, and finalizing new business opportunities with corporate entities, brands, and institutions. - Nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing clientele. - Collaborating closely with the events team to tailor solutions according to the specific requirements of clients. - Crafting and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals. - Monitoring, analyzing, and predicting sales performance to the senior management. - Representing the company at various networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums. Requirements for the role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Management (MBA preferred). - A minimum of 4-8 years of demonstrated sales experience in corporate events, exhibitions, media, or hospitality. - Possession of a strong corporate network and the ability to generate leads autonomously. - Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation. - A driven attitude towards targets, self-motivation, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
