Job Description

1. Role Objective

To drive revenue growth by acquiring, developing, and retaining corporate clients for our Corporate Event Management & Exhibition Services division. This role will focus on building strong B2B relationships, identifying high-value opportunities, and closing deals in line with the company’s annual sales target.

3. Position Summary

Designation: Senior Executive – Sales (Corporate Events)
Location: Lucknow (with travel as required)
Reports To: Director – Sales
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–6 years in B2B Sales (preferably Corporate Events, Exhibitions, or Media)
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month + Incentives + Travel Allowance

4. Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and approach corporate clients for events, exhibitions, conferences, and activations.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Use networking, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events to source leads and convert them into confirmed business.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction for repeat business.
  • Proposal & Pitching: Create customized proposals, presentations, and pitch decks to meet client needs.
  • Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per the business plan.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the production & creative teams to ensure deliverables match client expectations.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in B2B sales with strong negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of corporate event formats and exhibition industry standards.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
  • Comfortable with travel across India when required.
