We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to join our growing event management team. This dual-role position is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of events from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and partners. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain a database of leads and update CRM regularly. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and event campaigns. Operations Responsibilities Work closely with clients to understand event requirements, themes, and objectives. Coordinate logistics including venue booking, vendor management, permits, and supplies. Prepare detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists. Supervise on-site setup, execution, and teardown of events. Handle operational budgets, invoices, and post-event reports. Troubleshoot issues in real-time and ensure client satisfaction.
