We’re now looking for a Client Service Executive (Female) with strong communication skills, marketing insight, and a passion for digital media to manage and grow client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Understand client goals and translate them into actionable briefs for creative and technical teams.
• Coordinate project execution with internal teams — social media, design, content, SEO, and ads.
• Track deliverables and ensure campaigns are completed on time and within scope.
• Prepare and share monthly performance reports, campaign insights, and recommendations.
• Support in developing campaign strategies and digital marketing plans.
• Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts — SEO, social media, content marketing, paid ads.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to manage multiple clients efficiently.

Salary Range:

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
