Location: Colaba, Mumbai

Experience Required: 1.6 to 4 years in a digital marketing agency or client servicing role.

Salary: 4.8 LPA

Employment Type: Hybrid

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 10:00 AM –7:00 PM

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive / Digital Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of campaigns and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and coordination.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and follow-ups with internal teams.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and report on performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
  • Handle multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide proactive solutions and strategic inputs to enhance client success.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a digital agency or digital marketing role.
  • Strong client relationship management background.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Performance Marketing metrics (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing services.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of Project Management tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Problem-solving and proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Functional Skills:

  • Effective coordination and execution of delivery plans.
  • Ability to maintain meeting notes, trackers, and reports.
  • Capability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues promptly.
