Description

Adtric is looking for a driven Client Service Executive. The key responsibilities will be to handle client communications, workflow, budgets, billing, and so forth. He/she will also maintain relationships with executives of client businesses, oversee the agency accounts across all disciplines and develop strategies for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Understand the complete overview of the brand
Decipher briefs with analytical abilities
Sharpen & create engaging brand strategy and insights
Taking ownership, ensuring accuracy, and meeting deadlines
Analyzing clients need to uncover new business opportunities
Has in-depth understanding of analytics, and data
Is comfortable with reporting across digital channels
Be a constant guide from strategy to execution and optimization
Providing ongoing support to creative, SEO, and copy teams
Writing clear briefs to create exceptional creative work

Eligibility

Must have a digital agency background
6 months or more years of client servicing experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, literature, public relations, or related field
