What You’ll Do

• Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
• Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to bring ideas to life through engaging posts, reels, and stories.
• Monitor trends, conversations, and memes — and use them smartly for brand storytelling.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement and reach.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media channels.
• Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions — you’re not just posting, you’re building communities.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

• Have 0–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (agency experience = bonus points).
• Know your way around social media tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms (Meta Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Understand content trends, audience behavior, and what makes people stop scrolling.
• Have strong writing and communication skills with a creative edge.
• Love teamwork, feedback, and a good cup of chai.
