Job Summary

The Client Servicing Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The role focuses on maintaining high client satisfaction and supporting business growth through effective communication and service management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client needs and communicate requirements clearly to internal teams
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Manage client queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Ensure projects and deliverables are completed on time and as per client expectations
• Prepare reports, presentations, and service updates for clients
