Job Description

To be based at project site office. Achieve organizational sales goals & Objectives
Maintaining good relationships with fellow staff and customers.
Managing client query on phone & convert the lead to site visits to closures
Providing the best possible solution to customer.
Follow-Up after visits and ensuring Closures
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Good interpersonal skills
Be customer and results focused, with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working in a growth-oriented, hands-on work environment.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelors degree
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Kannada & English)
Highly self-motivated Sales professional with
Real Estate background
Good in customer relationship
Experience in Sales & Negotiations. Mysore based candidates preferred.
Having Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and confidence
Must have two-wheeler.
Minimum 1 to 2 years experience (Mandatory).
