Paid Ads Executive/PPC

Candidate Profile:

• Plan and run Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Improve campaigns to boost sales, leads, and engagement.
• Conduct A/B tests to find the best strategies.
• Run remarketing ads for specific audience groups.
• Use analytics tools like Facebook, Meta, and Google Ads for campaign refinement.
• Work with the digital team to create ads and content.
• Generate consistent reports on campaign performance.
• Find new ways to expand and improve marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Establish and manage paid advertising campaigns.
2. Utilize Ad Platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
3. Analyse the specific audience to target on social media.
4. Perform in-depth Keyword Research to enhance ROI.
5. Regularly seek opportunities for new and negative keywords.
6. Adapt existing PPC campaigns, offering strategic advice for bidding strategy, budget allocation, and performance metrics improvement.
7. Conduct A/B tests with various ad creatives and landing pages to enhance CTR.
8. Regularly offer suggestions to boost account performance, website effectiveness, and ROI.
9. Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and opportunities for client market share growth in their industries.
10. Understand Search Ads, Display Ads, Shopping Ads, Remarketing campaigns, and Landing Page Designs.
11. Should be knowledgeable about Google Analytics and Goal conversion setup for clients.
