Job Title: Key Account Associate Amazon
Location: Gurugram sector 20
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Associate to manage and support Amazon’s key business accounts. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations, improve customer experience, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and nurturing key seller/vendor accounts on the Amazon platform.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, supply chain) to ensure smooth execution of processes.
Monitor account performance metrics (sales, returns, service levels) and identify areas for improvement.
Support in planning promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product listings.
Handle queries, escalations, and issues from key partners promptly and effectively.
Prepare and maintain reports on account performance and present actionable insights to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, account management, or related roles (freshers with internships may also apply).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
