Job Description

Associate Key Account (Back office Assistant)

Location: Malakpet, Hyderabad

Industry Transportation/ Logistic

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely arrival at loading and unloading points.
Track and update shipment status throughout the transit period.
Follow up with drivers to collect PODs after unloading is completed.
Share PODs with the billing/accounts team to initiate timely invoice generation.
Placement of vehicles as per client requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for vehicle placement, as informed by the operations head.
Support client or vendor issues related to vehicle delays, documentation, or delivery discrepancies.
Assist the operations team in any coordination or documentation requirements.
Perform tasks assigned by HOD/ Management beyond regular duties.
Operations - to deal with Drivers for smooth operating functions and also co ordination with team /clients.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree - Any
1 to 2 years of previous work experience as Back Office operations
Excellent organizational & Communication skills
Good knowledge of computer operating systems, MS Office & should be good in Excel
Ability to work as part of a team.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Fresher candidates with good communication skills can apply
