About the Role: Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) organization, focusing on bulk hiring, international recruitment, and specific industry requirements. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, while also collaborating with hiring managers and HR teams. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Recruitment: Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Using various channels like job boards, social media, and employee referrals to source candidates. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Candidate Screening and Selection: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conducting interviews, including face-to-face and virtual interviews. Evaluating candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Offer Management and Onboarding: Coordinating job offers and salary packages. Facilitating onboarding processes for new hires. Providing support to new hires during their initial period. Reporting and Analytics: Tracking key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. Providing reports and assessments to the HR team and management. Specific BPO Focus: Experience in bulk hiring, mass recruitment, and international hiring. Understanding of specific BPO industry requirements and trends. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in BPO or related fields.
