About the Role:

Delivery Lead UK/EU

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of
recruiters
focused on UK/EU client requirements.
Act as the
primary point of contact
for clients understanding hiring needs, job specifications, and delivery timelines.
Drive
end-to-end recruitment
including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Ensure
timely and quality delivery
of candidates to clients within agreed SLAs.
Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and mentoring of the recruitment team.
Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and track team productivity and closure rates.
Work closely with the Business Development and Account Management teams to align hiring priorities.
Stay updated with UK/EU recruitment trends, compliance norms, and market insights.
