About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and proactive Recruiter with 2 to 9 years of experience in HR tech product companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, particularly in technology, product management, and HR tech domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the HR tech industry.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals to identify top talent.
• Technical & Product Hiring: Focus on hiring software engineers, product managers, and HR tech specialists.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct resume evaluations, technical screenings, and behavioural interviews.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.
• Offer Negotiation: Assist in salary discussions, benefits explanation, and finalizing employment contracts.
• Employer Branding: Promote the companys culture, mission, and HR tech innovations to attract top talent.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-9 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in HR tech or SaaS product companies.
• Strong knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment automation tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
• Familiarity with employment laws and hiring regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in technical or product-based recruitment.
• Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong networking skills with industry professionals.
