Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Market Research
- Support in formulating marketing strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps. - Provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team to drive business growth. - Monitor and analyze market dynamics, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.
Brand & Communication Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, materials, and campaigns.
- Develop engaging content for digital platforms, websites, and social media. - Create corporate presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral to support SBUs. - Coordinate corporate communications, PR activities, and media engagement.
Campaign & Lead Generation
- Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Generate and nurture qualified leads for the sales team through digital channels, events, and activations. - Track campaign performance and optimize for better ROI. - Explore and implement innovative strategies to expand market reach and penetration.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and grow the companys presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and other platforms.
- Create and schedule social media content, ensuring relevance and consistency with brand positioning. - Track engagement, reach, and conversions; generate reports and insights for improvement. - Oversee website content management and SEO best practices.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare detailed marketing reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Track performance metrics across campaigns, lead generation, and digital presence. - Monitor budgets and ensure optimal utilization of allocated marketing spends. - Identify areas of improvement and propose actionable recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements
**Education:**
- MBA in Marketing (mandatory) from a reputed institute. - Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing-related field (preferred).
**Skills & Competencies:**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. - In-depth understanding of marketing concepts, business strategy, and branding. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Demonstrated experience in social media marketing and online content creation. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Analytical mindset with strong research and presentation skills. - Ability to multi-task in deadline-driven environments with attention to detail.
