Job Description

1. Social Media Management

Create, schedule, and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Manage brand pages, respond to comments/messages, and increase engagement.
Coordinate with photography/design teams for content creation.

2. Content Creation

Write captions, product highlights, and promotional content.
Assist in creating reels, short videos, and lifestyle content.
Ensure brand tone and style consistency.

3. Performance Marketing

Run and monitor digital ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
Track daily ad performance, cost per lead, and ROI.

4. SEO & Website Management

Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO.
Coordinate with developers for website updates.
Upload product photographs with proper tags, description, and pricing.

5. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor social media insights and Google Analytics.
Prepare weekly report on reach, engagement, follower growth, and leads.

6. Coordination

Work with Designers, CRM, Sales, and Photography teams for campaigns.
Assist management with brand promotions and event-related marketing activities.

Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube algorithms.
Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
Creative mindset with good communication skills.
Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred).
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
