About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp and energetic Client Servicing Executive to be the bridge between our clients and our creative team. You’ll manage projects, ensure smooth communication, and make sure timelines and expectations stay aligned.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day communication with clients

- Coordinate with creative, design, and video teams

- Prepare briefs, track deliverables, and maintain timelines

- Understand client objectives and proactively suggest ideas

- Support during shoots, campaigns, and pitches when required

You’re a great fit if:

- You’re confident, organized, and love communication

- You’ve worked in or around a creative / digital agency

- You take ownership and can think on your feet

- You’re fluent in English and comfortable with clients
