Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Preparation & Review

• Expertise in preparing and reviewing BOQs with accuracy and compliance to project specifications, drawings, and relevant codes.
• Ability to cross-check quantities against design documents, ensuring consistency and transparency in cost estimation.
• Rate Analysis & Cost Estimation
• Strong knowledge of analyzing construction rates based on standard schedule of rates (SOR), market trends, and resource utilization.
• Skilled in deriving item-wise cost breakdowns for materials, labor, equipment, and overheads to support budgeting and tendering processes.

Report Preparation & Documentation

• Proficiency in preparing technical, financial, and progress reports, including Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs), Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) reports, and due diligence documents.
• Adept at presenting complex project data in a structured, clear, and lender-friendly format for decision-making.

Project Monitoring & Control

• Hands-on experience in monitoring project progress against approved schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Ability to identify risks, delays, and deviations, and recommend corrective actions to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management tools (Primavera P6/MS Project) to track and forecast project performance.

Communication & Coordination Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with lenders, concessionaires, contractors, consultants, and authorities.
• Ability to prepare professional presentations, conduct meetings, and negotiate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
