Job summary:

To Plan, Design and Implement Solutions which will support the Business to Strategy and growth of FM India

Scope of Work: Pan India role

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand customer supply chain requirements, visiting their premises, process mapping, conducting motion study • Collect and analyze customer data • Prepare proposal by taking inputs from Operations before submitting to customer • Support management in negotiation with customer • Provide analysis and design support for re-engineering initiatives • Assessing of existing warehouse Process, Infrastructure like storage equipment, MHEs, IT Infra and recommending improvement for optimization of resources. • Support warehouse • Liaise with business development team to understand customer supply chain requirements • Provide analysis and design support in the pursuit of new business, operational implementations and re-engineering initiatives • Connecting with team for requirement gathering related to various aspects of supply chain channels

• Plan, direct and implement warehouse and distribution operations and administrative support to meet prescribed productivity and service goals through allotted team members.

• Ensure the development of WMS and TMS systems and procedures for operating and managing physical facilities, human resources, equipment and product in a profitable manner

• Approve and manage purchases related to CL operations and authorize vendor bills and payments

• Responding to customer RFQ/RFI and creating logistics concept for customer data and volume flow analysis, product profiling and presenting to customer in the form of reply book.

• Continuous client interaction to understand the logistics service requirement and validation of volume analysis before presenting the commercials.

• Simulation of data and space calculation through tools and presenting the pricing structure as per customer supply chain requirement.

• Studying and presenting macro level and micro level of supply chain scenario to customer in terms of warehousing and distribution network Pan India.

• Suggesting the customer for preferred storage requirement ,FTE and MHE depending on the product to be stored and transport

B Tech in Mechanical
