Senior Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities Manpower Recruitment and selection as per as per the Customer and Operations requirement. Completion of joining ,On boarding ,Induction formalities Follow up and implement all HR Initiatives, policies, rules regulation as per the corporate guidelines Coordinate in Training Initiatives and Appraisal Process; Implement various employee engagement and welfare initiatives Provide Payroll inputs, complete employee exit activates etc. Maintain personal files of FM and outsourced employees, Conduct exit interview and full and final settlement formalities as per the timeline. Tracking of Daily attendance/leaves/Coffs/early going/late coming for all employees including all contract employees. Liaising/ maintain good relation with the Govt. Authorities and Local bodies. Ensure statutory compliance under various status in respect of FM and outsourced employees. Obtain and renew various licenses required for the site/location. Conduct HR /IR/Compliance audits of FM/Outsourced Agencies Ensure documents related to compliance are in place • Face local issues, handle labour inspections , PT payment ,Returns filing Conduct FM and agency employee meeting for their Grievance, Ensure the team follows regulatory norms while working within the premises like Timings / Dress Code / Safety practices / Self Hygiene norms / General Behavior, Ensure discipline on the floor and initiate disciplinary actions, etc. Manage and resolve employee relations issue Preferred candidate profile :- Around 5 years experience in Human Resources Discipline Good knowledge of various labour laws. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Function Knowledge of Labour Laws
