Provide business-oriented solutions and advice to the management, business areas/units and corporate departments in Siemens Healthcare entities located in India and other countries in Zone India to facilitate achievement of the business goals and objectives.
Advise business units on commercial transactions, all legal questions and issues, including advisory drafting, reviewing and negotiation of all legal documents and transactional support on designated deals and projects, in order to mitigate risk exposures to Siemens Healthcare.
Identify and analyze legal risks and opportunities and suggest mitigation measures in commercial transactions.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Actively participate in the development of processes and policies relating to the Legal Department and ensuring adherence to the legal policies and processes.
Conduct or facilitate in-house legal training as required by the business and other corporate departments from time to time.
Undertake such duties as and when assigned by the General Counsel/Manager from time to time.
