Job Description

Company Overview: Aris Infra is a dynamic and rapidly growing startup in the construction material

space. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our finance

team in Mumbai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a financial professional looking to

contribute to our companys success and grow their career in a dynamic environment.

Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Court Case Management:

Oversee and manage all aspects of court cases from inception to resolution.

Coordinate with legal teams to prepare case strategies, documentation, and evidence.

Ensure timely filing and submission of legal documents and reports.

Representation and Advocacy:

Represent Arisinfra during cross-examinations, hearings, and other court proceedings.

Act as a liaison between the company, clients, and legal entities, ensuring clear communication

and effective case management.

Legal Documentation:

Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, and affidavits.

Maintain accurate records of case progress, outcomes, and legal correspondences.

Team Coordination:

Collaborate with internal legal team and external counsel to strategize and execute case plans.

Provide guidance and support to junior legal staff and assistants.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and organizational policies.

Prepare and present regular reports on case status and legal performance metrics to senior

management.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a legal assistant or managerial role with a strong background in

handling court cases and legal procedures.

Education: Bachelor s degree in law (LLB) or a related field. Additional qualifications or certifications

in legal management are a plus.
