Role Description: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a key part in developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into robust technical implementations, ensuring our products exceed user expectations. Key Responsibilities: Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in software development, with strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript on the server side. Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms to design efficient software solutions. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL or PostgreSQL. Familiarity with major cloud platforms, preferably AWS, for deploying and managing scalable applications. Have experience in tracking engineering metrics to monitor production systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Knowledge of Go and Python is a significant advantage. Experience in conducting code reviews and fostering a collaborative development environment. Proven ability to implement effective unit testing strategies for software components.
